Since 2009, more than 125,000 happy clients worldwide have protected their brands through Trademarkia, from solo founders to household names. We learned something in those sixteen years: the hardest part of intellectual property isn't the law. It's the price of admission.

A utility patent application from a traditional firm runs $8,000 to $15,000 before a single government fee. That price locks out exactly the people patents were designed to protect: the garage inventor, the immigrant founder, the engineer with a napkin sketch and a competitor breathing down her neck. For decades the only alternatives were provisional-only mills and invention-promotion companies - cheaper up front, and usually worth what you paid.
