Micro entities pay about half of small-entity rates; large entities about 2.5×. Charged at cost - every line is itemized again before you pay.
When the patent office responds with an office action - most applications get at least one - you can respond yourself, or retain a patent attorney from our network at that point. Or add the docket & watch subscription after filing - $79/month - and we track every deadline, monitor the official file, send plain-language updates, and help you address office actions when they come. No obligation either way.
More countries via the Hague System, quoted on request. Government fees are estimates at individual/small-entity rates, billed at the time of filing.
Every fee on the table before you file
In the US, our fee is $995 for a standard utility application, $1,795 accelerated, and $199 for a provisional. Outside the US, filings run through vetted partner law firms - most haven’t adopted AI yet, so rates are traditional; we pass them through with a $2,700 per-country floor. Government fees are charged at cost, at the individual or small-entity rate wherever the office has one. Translation is quoted per application.
